Do you notify customers immediately if the product is out of stock or has to be back ordered?
“NOT AT ALL! I paid way extra for very expedited shipping (BTW, their ordinary shipping is "Sure Post"...which is beyond terrible.) Despite advertising "SAME DAY" shipping, it took 2 days for them to even bother to tell me the item was BACKORDERED. The same day that I should have actually RECEIVED my item, had it shipped on the same day with the shipping option selected. Stay FAR away if you care about receiving your package soon at all.”

There are a lot of poor reviews. how come? is your on-line service really as bad as it appears to be?
“Yes, it is. They simply do not let people know if an item is out of stock. I paid extra for expedited shipping. Despite saying "SAME DAY" shipping, it took 2 days to tell me the item was backordered. (Given my shipping option, I should have actually RECEIVED my item by the time they bothered to tell me!)”

What made you choose woodcraft over similar businesses?
“The same day shipping. Useless, as 2 days later (when I was supposed to receive my item given the shipping option I paid for), I received an email saying it was BACKORDERED, with no estimated date of reception. If you have a store nearby, go for it. If you have to order online, it's the worst possible option.”
