I got my Woodcraft order today and, i kept thinking I was going to find something off, like the wrong bit size or something missing. But nope, everything was exactly right. Right bits, right sizes, all there. Maybe that should be the normal experience, but it’s still nice not having to deal with returns or annoying emails. Definitely 5 stars from me.

"Fair prices, and I’m mad I wasted money elsewhere"
I’ve ordered from Woodcraft a few times now, the prices are fair for what you get. Not everything is the absolute cheapest online, but after dealing with those flimsy bargain tools that fall apart way too fast, I blame myself for not buying better stuff sooner.

Shipping was fine, nothing amazing, but it got here without drama. I do like that they run decent deals if you actually keep an eye out. For woodworking supplies, the value is definitely there, and I’m still annoyed I wasted money on junk before, so I’ll keep buying from Woodcraft.

"Kind of Regret Ordering, Honestly"
I’ve always liked Woodcraft products, so I expected the whole experience to be smoother. The items themselves were fine, but dealing with customer service left me wishing I’d maybe ordered somewhere else. I emailed about an issue with my order and waited several days for a response, and when they finally got back to me, it didn’t really answer what I asked. I tried calling too, but got bounced around a bit before anything actually happened. It did get sorted out in the end, but I had to keep following up, which was frustrating. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not what I was hoping for

I was using woodcraft.com and it is easy to get around. The search worked good, and the categories was making sense, so I didn’t have to keep clicking all over the place. Checkout went quick too. Overall it was a nice, simple shopping experience...

"I’ve had such a good experience..."
I’ve had such a good experience shopping at Woodcraft. They have a really nice mix of tools, wood blanks, finishes, and those little parts that can be so frustrating to find locally. I love being able to browse everything in one place, it makes starting a new project feel a lot less stressful and a lot more exciting.

I returned my order and, i was expecting the usual back-and-forth nonsense because returns are somehow always more complicated than they need to be. But nope, this was actually easy. The refund came through quickly, no hassle, no chasing anyone down, no weird delays. Wish every return could be this painless.

"Really nice maple blanks overall"
I was happy with my order of maple blanks. The wood showed up straight, clean, and a little better than I expected. The only small thing is I wish there had been a bit more detail in the order updates, but that wasn’t a huge deal. Once I opened the box, the quality made up for it, and I’d definitely order again.

“NOT AT ALL! I paid way extra for very expedited shipping (BTW, their ordinary shipping is "Sure Post"...which is beyond terrible.) Despite advertising "SAME DAY" shipping, it took 2 days for them to even bother to tell me the item was BACKORDERED. The same day that I should have actually RECEIVED my item, had it shipped on the same day with the shipping option selected. Stay FAR away if you care about receiving your package soon at all.”

There are a lot of poor reviews. how come? is your on-line service really as bad as it appears to be?

“Yes, it is. They simply do not let people know if an item is out of stock. I paid extra for expedited shipping. Despite saying "SAME DAY" shipping, it took 2 days to tell me the item was backordered. (Given my shipping option, I should have actually RECEIVED my item by the time they bothered to tell me!)”

“The same day shipping. Useless, as 2 days later (when I was supposed to receive my item given the shipping option I paid for), I received an email saying it was BACKORDERED, with no estimated date of reception. If you have a store nearby, go for it. If you have to order online, it's the worst possible option.”
